Quality Construction
We precisely manufacture our fairings in Washington State from strong, lightweight fiberglass.
Despite claims by some competitors, fiberglass is well known to be a premium construction material with high
strength, light weight and premium finish. It is the premier choice in many industries, including marine,
architectural (columns, domes, facades, ceilings etc.), industrial (truck canopies, automotive body panels),
home (bath and hot tubs, shower surrounds, etc.) and countless others. Have you ever seen print-through or
"shape change" in fiberglass truck canopies, boats or personal water craft? Our fiberglass manufacturing
lead has over 20 years of industry experience and is extremely knowledgeable in regard to manufacturing
techniques as well as the latest materials (resins, mold release etc.). Our parts are oven post-cured,
dimensionally accurate and stable assuring a tight fit between inner and outer fairing. Our fairings have
always been free from print-through, cracks and voids, and are finished in gloss black gel-coat which does
not require paint.
Our quality is industry-leading and is something we are very proud of. Perhaps more importantly, it is
something we stand behind with a
30-day satisfaction guarantee as well as a
one year manufacturer's
warranty.
Quick detach mounting brackets (patent pending) are stainless steel and mirror-polished; all hardware is
corrosion-proof stainless steel.
Water is repelled by a foam seal between the windshield and outer fairing and an edge seal between the inner and outer fairing shells.

A Plastic drip-guard inside the fairing and above the stereo prevents water from getting to the top of the stereo.
A Plastic splash-guard under the stereo area prevents water intrusion from below.
The windshield mount pattern is the current 3-hole pattern accepting aftermarket 1996+ FLHT windshields. Changing
windshields is simple; loosen the 3 screws at the base of the windshield and slide it up and off.
The outer fairing shell can be easily taken off after removing the 3 windshield screws and 2 lower screws.
