Shipping Damage

We ship our fairings insured. Please notify us immediately of any shipping damage and we will work with our shipper to arrange for return and replacement of the damaged part as quickly as possible and at no charge to you.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with one of our products you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price and applicable sales tax for 30 days after your purchase date. The product must be undamaged and in new condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.

Fairings that have been painted and/or modified during installation or for any other reason or damaged prior to or during shipping cannot be accepted for return. Please take particular care in handling windshields when packing them for return to avoid scratches.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product and for ensuring that it arrives undamaged. We recommend shipping insurance through the carrier utilized.

Three Year Limited Warranty

This limited warranty covers our fairing products against manufacturing defects for Three years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers use of the product under normal operating conditions, does not include any use of the product that falls outside of the designed and intended use and does not cover misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear of the product.

Customizations done after purchase are not covered by this warranty. For example, if there was a defect in an outer fairing shell which had been customized with paint and graphics, this warranty would cover replacement of the fairing shell but would not cover painting costs for a new fairing shell.

This warranty covers the replacement or repair of the product, as determined in our sole discretion based on cost, availability, and date of purchase. We may, in our discretion, reimburse for repair costs (upon receipt of appropriate supporting documentation) or require the product be shipped to us for repair or replacement.

This warranty does not apply to any stereo receiver or speakers included with the fairing product. Such products are covered by the warranties of their respective manufacturers and such manufacturers should be contacted directly for warranty issues concerning those products.

We recommend that customers contact us at 1-206-762-3372 (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PDT Monday through Friday) to determine whether the product is in fact covered by the foregoing warranty before shipping it to us for repair or replacement.

This warranty sets forth Dead Center Cycles’ entire warranty for its fairing products. Dead Center Cycles makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and in no instance will Dead Center Cycles be responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages allegedly caused by its fairing products. This is Dead Center Cycles’ complete warranty, and may only be changed by Dead Center Cycles’ written agreement.
